‍We will pack and ship your order within 72 hours. Shipping times to your door may vary depending on your location. Below is a general guide, however please understand that these time frames may vary, particularly due to the impact of COVID-19.

Australian Capital Cities and Metropolitan Areas: 1 – 5 business days
Australian Regional Areas: 3 – 10 business days

Shipping is free, Australia wide, for all orders of Tea Tree Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, and Skincare products, placed on this website.

Free shipping of Steamed Tree Mulch is exclusively reserved for customers living on the Capricorn Coast in Queensland (Rockhampton, Yeppoon and surrounding areas). Any orders placed from customers outside this area will automatically have their order cancelled and will be refunded their purchase price with a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount.

We are unable to ship internationally at this stage but hope to offer our products to international customers very soon.

‍Returns

‍In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us on email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product. We will require you to send us proof of purchase, details and photographs of the issue prior to processing your replacement or refund. Please contact us with any other questions or concerns and we’ll be happy to help.
